Coach Kardos walks players through the body mechanics that make clean contact possible — from basic body control and alignment to attacking the ball bravely so you strike through it with accuracy. Professional gymnastic landing mats create a safe environment for players to throw themselves into aerial attempts without hesitation — because great volleys require commitment, and commitment requires confidence. Every session is recorded and broken down frame by frame, with zoomed-in photos of foot-to-ball contact and illustrated feedback delivered straight to your Google Drive.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking amount, which is non-refundable.
